Government of British Columbia has a provincial nominee program that enables employers in British Columbia to nominate their employees for permanent residence in Canada. In most of the cases these employees are already working with the employer for a few months to years depending on their occupation. There is an option available for applicants who have a offer of employment from an employer in British Columbia to apply for permanent residence even if they done have any previous work experience.
This process enables them to become permanent faster than other categories like Canadian Experience Class where a minimum one year experience is required.
